WHAT IS THIS ABOUT?

A course directed to support you in the education and learning of the reconstruction of healthy boundaries and the reconnection to your body, mind and heart.

I invite you to come to find a new redefinition of you and the world around you from a safe, grounded and integrated place.

During these 6 experiential evening COURSE, you will learn and practice a new definition of you and boundary System for reclaiming safety ground and your authentic inner voice that will support you in making strong, secure and loving choices for yourself.

Learning from your past experiences and your nervous system and body responses, you will learn to read and listen in your body our inner “YES” and “NO” creating new neuropaths to reconstruct your boundaries system.

You will learn to set new limits, in a new way, so you can go deep in finding intimacy and love and learning to speak without fear of losing love and in total self trust.

You will study and practice with your bodies and new friends in the same search, to redefine your boundary system to own your “YES” and “NO” coming from your inner and authentic somatic response.

You will also learn SOMATIC EXPERIENCING -SHOOK AND TRAUMA body Techniques for leanring : “Self Regulation”, “holding” and “Containment” so you can hold our presence in relax confidence.

You will regain control over anxiety or fear in our bodies. You will reclaim the embodiment –felt sense- of our own “Empowerment” and we will start discovering the meaning of “Resilience”.

You will understand in a deeper subconscious level the meaning of “CONSENT” to give your permission or not, from a conscious place in you.

You will learn also to identify the difference between

Receiving vs Giving / Doing vs being done-to

You will learn the use of the four words:

“Serve-Accept-Take- Allow”.

Based on these simple words, our boundary system dwells. And your clarity will get reestablished as we practice.

You will start walking again in safety ground.

My wish is to support people in reclaiming their inner power and regain a strong sense of themselves by reconnecting to body, mind and sprit and from there continue their walk in life feeling grounded and secure.

As a Like-Pro practitioner working in the field off Sexological Somatic Body Therapy and Inspired and supported by teachings and practice on The Wheel of Consent (Betty Martin, USA) & SE* Somatic Experiencing (Peter Levine, USA), as well as my diverse methods and approach to support treatment and healing of Sexual Shook and Trauma, I include and share my own experience in the search for reconstruction of a healthy and grounded living, where love pleasure and joy can be lived and you can thrive for your full beautiful potential.

This workshop is experiential. SOFT Somatic Touch and communication practice are included in the experience.

This workshop is for beginners-intermediate level. No sexual context involved
