The Alchemy of Love invites you to deep “into the Receptive Female Power” of your female essence, a 3 full days immersion residential retreat where you will have the opportunity to explore, recognize, understand, embody your natural Receptive Female Power through our receptive channel, the Sacred Womb and give it voice.

We will explore in our womb, our hara, our uterus, and immersed in our receptive nature daring to see, to feel, to perceive, to sense what needs to be recognized and completed in our Circle of Life. We will learn to acknowledge our wounds and vulnerable nature and let go of our deep pain. We will learn to self regulate shook and trauma and understand it from a compassionate view of yourself.

During this Alchemy retreat, you will ..

*Explore and connect to your Receptive Female Authentic Power, so you know what it is, how it feels, how it taste, so you can own it, trust it and embodied in you.

*Explore the polarity Maculine-Femenine energy force within you so you can learn and integrated in you.

*Understand how your heart reacts in expansion and contraction and in the expression of your inner desires, longings and dreams, you will also understand how your fears prevents your for reaching real and grounded manifestation of your dreams, real intimacy and love.

*Understand the difference form sexual desire and heart desire and to recognize the importance of the two when you live your full energy flow and walk your talk in your full power of expression.

*You will meet and understand your own intensity and emotions in your body and soul and you will learn to acknowledge your pain with love and compassion.

*You will meet and understand your own internal fear mechanism: freeze, flight or fight and recognizing it in the body so you know how to use your inner power and direction

*You will learn about your body and self regulation, that will support you in not getting lost or overwhelmed in the world of your emotions or meeting love, instead, you will be able to maintain your receptive ground, holding and containing your strong space.

*Most important, You will learn to follow your times and rhythm, the moon and the sun, and you will be able to meet your woman, in your receptive female nature, because you will “know it” from your heart.

About Uma:

Uma was born and raised in central Mexico, a shamanic arid land of terra-red-copper tones and magnetic beauty. Uma has travelled intensively for the last sixteen years living, working and experiencing nine countries and many cultures in search for spiritual growth and evolution. She is passionate about cross cultural communication and creating bridges for human integration.

She stands as firm caretaker of Mother Earth and the restoration of the Female and the Male authentic natural Power that in mutual co-creation can maintain a sustainable world, integrity, and responsibility. She believes in love in action and inner spiritual freedom and peace .

During her long travel she discovered her passion for exploration and was initiated into the fields of human sexuality and the relationship to Self. She is particularly skilled in working with the influences of social and collective conditioning that prevent the individual from developing inner freedom, unconditional love, self acceptance and compassion.

Her research has continued further into the exploration of how the flow of life force is interrupted by burnout, depression and sexual trauma. This has led her into sexological bodywork, energy work, erotology studies, tantra therapy, somatic massage, sacred sexuality, ritualism and shamanism .

Her journey is continually inspired by her pursuit of expansion and reconnection to life and spiritual liberation, finding deeper understanding of our human vulnerability, longings and needs for fulfillment.

Her relational therapeutic approach is directed towards intimacy, sexual healing, polarity energy work and shock and trauma. In that, she provides support and facilitating tools for healing and reclaiming authentic intimacy, love and pleasure and inner power which is our natural birthright.

Her work is a fusion of many elements that she has integrated from her learning with many wise and experienced teachers around the world. This life’s work has given her a deep understanding of the path of meditation and love, the essence, the healing and the creation of alchemy of love in all of us.
