On october 14, the first Japa Yoga Meditation Workshop in Norway will be held in Oslo.

Meditation slows down our thoughts and hence gives us peace of mind.Gradually as we discover ourselves in meditation we gain self-confidence, increase our self-esteem and creativity, become fearless, less anxious and stressed. Japa Yoga Meditation can give you the tools to create the inner space for your self and help you master all that is required in every aspect of life. It is an ancient spiritual practice using sound and a simple philosophy for everyday living.
Japa means the repetition of ancient mantras to raise a person’s vibration in order to provide healing to the body, mind and spirit.
During this workshop you will be introduced to basic mantra meditations and guided through the philosophy of Japa and how it can be implemented into your daily routine. These simple techniques can help quiet your mind, focus your attention on the areas that matter, and maximise your potential.

This type of workshop is suitable for anyone over 18 years of age that has an interest in meditation and introducing themselves to new techniques. People currently practising these techniques range from all age groups, professional and personal backgrounds, and diversities.

Japa Yoga Meditation uses sacred mantras to connect with your mind, body and soul. Mantra protects the mind from negativity and trains it to be focussed and one pointed. The practice of chanting mantra’s ultimately balances your mind, expands your awareness and facilities personal transformation.
Dennis is a founder of Japa Meditation in Ireland. He lives in Athy and is married with three children.
Dennis is a spiritual teacher, motivational speaker, healer, psychic and medium. Dennis teaches workshops, leads spiritual retreats and provides mentoring and coaching to individual clients and businesses.
In 1997 Dennis met his spiritual master and spent many years meditating and practicing disciplines. His experiences include spiritual journeys worldwide exploring the teachings of ancient India as well as the study of a variety of religions.
Dennis developed Advanced Meditation, Japa Meditation for Teachers and Spiritual Healers courses. His teachings are based on the philosophy of self-realization and unconditional love. Dennis’s teachings create a space which enables the deepening of one’s own presence, compassion and an ability to express oneself authentically. He leads his students to deeper levels of self-connection, better control of one’s mind and personal responsibility. Dennis’s focus is on living a wisdom that lies at the core of every religion.
