Many of us share this self-reflection and inquiry into oneself. These often lead us onto a quest to find out the personal and transpersonal nature of our life. We look for answers in philosophy, therapy, spirituality, shamanic adventures and many other paths or we even work hard for break throughs and peak experiences – but most often, real learning takes place in the conscious, loving expansion of our limitations. What does that mean? To comprehend the complexity of the answers to this question is not always easy and gets very often simplified.

We all embody great qualities and a natural, powerful intention to realize these qualities in our life – personally and professionally. When we act from this place, we feel a sense of unity, fulfillment and love. Love is the resonance with the flow of life, therefore, the more you open and allow this flow, the more you expand your capacity to love.

This seminar is didactic and experiential. We will explore elements of Humanistic Psychology and Somatic Awareness, including movement, individual and group work and centering in mindfulness.

It is for people who feel ready to overcome limiting and restricting patterns, and who want to bring more clarity and joy into their lives. And for all practitioners, social workers, teachers and consultants, who want to include an innovative and dynamic approach to their profession.
