I am passionate about teaching and working with Clarity and Love. My course ‘Clarity & Compassion’ has helped many open up, focus and heal. Teaching in Bergen, I am now coming to Oslo to teach my NEW course, Purpose & Direction. This is for you who are serving the world with your message and would love to discover deeper clarity and support for moving forward.

At Unity Center OSLO, we will go through 4 hours of clarifying life’s gifts within you. We focus on the service you are providing to the world and strengthen your confidence and connection to express it honestly and uniquely. We will share and work together on Uplifting you to the next level of your dreams. Bring notebook and pen, comfortable clothes and whatever else you might need.

I have created a growing company for mindfullness courses, seminars and programs to Uplift the way we create our lives. I am an upcoming author and breath practitoner living and teaching in Bergen, Norway. Certified trainer and creator of a growing Woman Circle movement in Bergen. I am living my mission and teaching it as I go.
