At this workshop, we will explore the delicate relationship and creation of coming into our ‘own’, through the interplay of our personal chakras. We will move from the all-important energy gateway of the Root Chakra that focuses on our physical and emotional security, nourishment and grounding, through the Sacral Chakra of creation of our sacred space and self-respect to the transformational energy of the Solar Plexus that enables us to connect to our self-identity with personal power and self-worth.
We will look at both the positive and negative aspects of the archetypes that govern these chakras and how they play out in our lives. As we release the negative aspects that hold us back, we can come into full custodianship of our lives, aligned with the qualities of trust, creativity, expression and emotional stability.
