The Language of the Virtues is the first strategy of The Virtues Project™, a global grassroots initiative to inspire the practice of the virtues everyday.
Language shapes our character. The way we speak and the words we use have great power to discourage or to inspire.

The Language of the Virtues allows you to have a better communication with others as you acknowledge their work and efforts, guide others towards a specific task or give correction when needed using a tactful language.
Self-esteem is built through language as we provide feedback with what we say to a child, a partner, a colleague…language is a mirror of how we value others.

The Virtues Project™ was founded in Canada in 1991 by Linda Kavelin-Popov, Dr. Dan Popov and John Kavelin. It was honored by the United Nations during the International Year of the Family as a “model global program for families of all cultures”. It has spread in more than 100 countries through Facilitators, Master Facilitators and Virtues Connections.

Master Facilitator Dr. Verónica Tróchez has worked enthusiastically with this project facilitating workshops to teachers in local schools in Honduras, using the 5 strategies with her patients and as a tool for personal growth.
