    Struggle with communication in your family? With friends? Does your kids fight? Hard self-talk? Here is an opportunity to learn and explore fun ways to connect with less critisism and more empathy and honesty.
    A workshop in English (and Norwegian when needed) about the amazing communcation tool The No-Fault Zone Game, based on Nonviolent Communication NVC. Meet the creator of the game Sura Hart, CNVC Certified trainer, and Norways Anniken P Beer.In this one day workshop you have a unique opportunity to learn the No-Fault Zone Game from the very person who created it.

    The No-Fault Zone Game uses a mat and card decks to guide you,
    step by step, to the clarity, understanding and connection you want—
    within yourself and with others. It makes conversations visible, tangible,
    and fun for ages 5-95 and across the sometimes-great divide between:

    About Sura Hart

    She is an internationally recognized trainer with the Center for Nonviolent CommunicationSM (CNVC) and is the contact person for projects integrating NVC into U.S. schools. She designs and facilitates trainings and curricula for students, parents, teachers, and school administrators around the globe, and is a co-founder of the annual five-day NVC Institute for Educators: Teach for Life! Sura is co-founder and co-director of Kindle-Hart Communication™.

    Sura’s background includes: parent of two daughters; book publisher; classroom teacher in public and private schools; creator and director of after-school programs for at-risk youth on leadership, healthy sexuality, and conflict resolution.

    Sura lives in Seattle, Washington, where she enjoys spending time with her two grown daughters and participating with the local NVC nonprofit, Northwest Compassionate Communication. Sura travels extensively to train and support school communities, facilitate NVC workshops, and give conference presentations and keynote talks. She offers coaching and consulting by phone, especially for parents and educators.

    About Anniken Poulsson Beer

    She is the only certified NVC trainer in Norway. Her background is as a preschool and drama teacher and she has worked in education from the mid 80´s. Leadership and coach experience over a period of 20 years. Teaches NVC all over the world. Passionate about bringing out empathic communication, connection and understanding in all kinds of relationships.Director of Empathic Communication in Inspirato Group Global.
